Customer Reviews: Not substantial enoughAugust 30, 2010 C. Konas(Atlanta, GA) This is the third Sanus mount I've purchased but the first of this type. The other two are great but I'm not very happy with this one. I'm using it to hold a 65" Panansonic TV and the mount just isn't substantial enough. Its working but I'm a little worried that its not strong enough. It is only big enough to hit two studs 16 inches on center and I wish it could hit three. The TV is wide enough for this to happen. It also has a tilt function but I have had trouble getting the tabs to stay engaged so the TV just stays flat on the wall. Its a major deal to take the TV down and switch it out so I will probably just leave it but If I had it to do over I would probably look at a different mount.

This is so good I forget it's there! It's really slim for a titling mount and feels rock-solid. I'd recommend it 100%. One bit of advice - I wasn't sure what those two small things were that appear to stick out of the mount in the pictures available. They're strings you pull to pop up the little gizmos that hold the HDTV up so you can get to the wiring (What a lifesaver!) Remember to mount it so that the little string tags DON'T show from the front of the TV.

After researching endlessly I decided to buy the VLT-15. Amazon's price is unbeatable, even with the hefty $62 S&H fee.
The people at SANUS really know what they're doing. The bracket came with all the necessesary hardware for different mounting structures (drywall, brick) and with all the different types of screw to attach the TV to the bracket. Everything came properly labeled and the installations instructions were very well written and depicted.
The fit and finish of the bracket is flawless. Everything operates smoothly. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
